Solar panels are intended to collect the sun's energy and heat the water tank that comes with the kit. In practice you can have hot water without using more boiler, and therefore without gas consumption. The heated water can be used for bathing, cooking and for heating
Photovoltaic panels are made of photovoltaic cells assembled into modules, which convert sunlight into electricity by exploiting the physical properties of some semiconductors such as silicon. In this way the sun's energy is converted into electricity for the home.
Renewable energy sources are defined as these are considered inexhaustible, unlike, for example, whose oil reserves are intended to run out
Under Article 2, paragraph 1 letter. a) of Legislative Decree no. No 387, December 29, 2003, for renewable energy sources are:
non-fossil renewable energy sources (wind, solar, geothermal, wave, tidal, hydro, and biomass, landfill gas, waste gases from the sewage treatment plant and biogas). In particular, biomass refers to: the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal wastes.
So they come from the sun and wind, waves, water resources, geothermal resources, and the transformation into electricity plant products or organic and inorganic waste.
Renewable energy sources are also unlike those traditional (oil, coal, natural gas, nuclear) waste no damage, as happens for example with nuclear, radioactive waste which are highly dangerous to humans and the environment
In Spain, all new buildings to be in good standing must meet standards for energy saving and condominiums have the sun at least.
Many other countries like Spain are focusing on renewable energy such as Japan.
Manager of Electrical Services - GSE S.p.a. works to promote, encourage and develop renewable sources assimilated in Italy and manage the market system based on Green Certificates. The GSE is the parent of two subsidiaries AU (Single Buyer) and GME (Electricity Market Operator).
Shall, in addition, the Guarantee of Origin, recognition established by EU Directive 2001/77 on electricity from renewable source, and RECS certificates (Renewable Energy Certificate System), international shares, on a voluntary basis, demonstrating the production renewable.
Lo scambio sul posto is a service provided by the GSE at the request of those concerned. Allows the user who has ownership or availability of an installation, the netting of the value associated to electricity produced and fed into the grid and the associated value and charged to electricity consumed in a period different from that on which production.
I am interested in proposing the GSE instance those in which the availability or ownership there is one or more premises:
renewable sources of power up to 20 kW
of cogeneration power up to 200 kW.
The service provided by the GSE entitles the applicant to receive an annual subsidy expressed in Euro exchange guarantees that the refreshment of a portion of what you paid only the amount of power drawn.
The rule that governs the calculation of the subsidy contained in the exchange and deliberation No ARG / elt 74/08 (available at www.autorita.energia.it) introducing the integrated text of the terms and conditions Technical economic exchange on the spot (TISP).
To enable the new contractual relationship, you must submit specific instance of exchange at the Manager Electrical Services - GSE Spa used for this purpose only information portal designed by the same GSE.

Incentive for electricity produced from renewable sources
In order to achieve the objectives defined in the Kyoto Protocol, Italy has transposed the European Directive 2001/77 concerning incentives for the production of electricity from renewable sources with the Decree. No 387, December 29, 2003.
With Law No 24 December 2007 244 (2008 Budget Law) and Law 29 November 2007, No 222nd (Linked to the 2008 Budget) has identified a new incentive system of energy produced from renewable sources that provides an alternative, at the request of Manufacturer:
the issue of green certificates;
a tariff-inclusive.
To access the incentive you need to register for the GSE Spa recognized as a plant powered by renewable sources by using the procedure:
Qualification process plants fueled by renewable sources
and then take the issue to the GSE Spa green certificate using the procedure:
Guidelines for handling and issuance of green certificates for plants fueled by renewable sources
These procedures were approved pursuant to Article 11 paragraph 1 of DM 24/10/2005, the Minister of Economic Development, in consultation with the Minister for the Environment, Land and Sea, by Decree of 21 / 12/2007.
The Decree and its procedures are published in the Official Gazette No 16 of 19.1.2008, ordinary supplement.
Please note that under Article 2, paragraph 144 and paragraph 145 Table 2 Table 3 of the 2008 Budget Law for solar systems apply the measures implementing Article 7 of Decree. 29/12/2003 n ° 387 represented by DM 19/02/2007 "Criteria and procedures for promoting the production of electricity by photovoltaic conversion of solar energy in implementation of Article 7 of Legislative Decree 29 December 2003, No 387 "Copy of DM can be taken from the Account section photovoltaic energy.
The GSE also release other forms of certification of energy from renewable sources such as the Guarantee of Origin (GO) and RECS certificates.
The size of a solar panel system depend on the solar panel used and the final output is desired. On average, a plant with rated power of 1 kWp can consume about 8 or 10 m depending on the type of panel used
To find out what the plant needs to be powerful we need to know how much energy we consume, we can read about this bill enel controlling kWh consumed. The plant will be sized accordingly
Taking of small steps (below) you ridure waste, allowing perhaps buying a photovoltaic system less powerful. Consuming less also the plant will cost less
- Use energy saving light bulbs
consume much less than conventional
- Turn off electrical appliances when not in use
avoid leaving the same on or in standby, the standby can cost up to 30 per year to no avail, and more, in case of storms or electrical shock, greatly increases the probability of failure. This goes for televisions, hi-fi VCRs, computers, scanners, printers and other accessories, which now often have not even turned off the button, and then consume energy unnecessarily 24 hours on 24
- Do not leave lights on in unoccupied rooms
- Place the refrigerator or freezer in well ventilated location away from heat sources.
- Adjust the thermostat on refrigerators or freezers an intermediate level: the coldest positions result in an increase unnecessary consumption of 10-15%.
- For washing machines: where possible use of low-temperature washing cycles
- Replace the various appliances when they become old, or spoiled with modern appliances and energy.
Following these simple little rules we would save about 600-750 kWh, equivalent even at 150-200 per year, money that we can use to easily afford a solar power less than 500 Wp value, equivalent to at least 2,000 -3,000 euros saved.
The funding in the energy account can sell the electricity produced by photovoltaic medium-sized
The reference standard for photovoltaics is the Ministerial Decree of 19.02.2007, which introduced substantial changes to the Decree on 28/7/2005 incentive.
In practice those who want to install a solar photovoltaic energy account to follow these simple steps:
- Installation of the system.
- Application of the energy subsidy within 60 days after completion of work.
Exploring a bit 'to the question:
You install the photovoltaic system on housing or business at any time (just some fast respecting bureaucracy with its electric transmission, eg. Enel, Acea, etc. ..)
the customer may sell the energy produced to the national electricity operator, receiving regular:
for plants 1 to 3 kWp a figure of € 0.392 per kWh produced for installations on flat roof or floor, € 0.4312 for fixed installations with photovoltaic panels on the roof, € 0.4802 for solar systems panels inserted in place of shingles (architectural integrity).
for plants above 3kWp up to 20 kWp a figure of € 0.3724 per kWh produced for installations on flat roof or floor, € 0.4116 for fixed installations with photovoltaic panels on the roof, to € 0.4508 plants with solar panels instead of inserted tiles (architecturally integrated).
for plants above 20kWp a figure of € 0.3528 per kWh produced for installations on flat roof or floor, € 0.392 for fixed installations with photovoltaic panels on the roof, € 0.4312 for plants with solar panels inserted in place of shingles (architectural integrity).

The architectural integration
The New Energy Bill promotes the integration on the surfaces of different types of forms: non-integrated (when they are located on the ground or on the external surfaces of flat roofs, roofs, facades, without changing the materials from which the surface thereof), partially supplemented ( when they are located on flat roofs and terraces or in a coplanar to the surface without changing the materials which form the contact surfaces) and fully integrated (when they are located in place of coating materials of the shell).
In addition to the important architectural and aesthetic integration of PV in buildings has many advantages: it allows to occupy land that would otherwise remain unused, offers significant cost savings of the system as photovoltaic panels replace the traditional coating materials of ' building and finally allows you to produce electricity close to the load and avoid losses during transport.
Ultimately, thanks to the energy bill we can sell the energy produced at a price of about two and a half times the price at which the manager himself then resells it to customers for his private purposes.
the system can be realized immediately, without long waits or participate ranking bureaucracy, not just the system works and is connected to your network operator electric, you can send the request for funding energy account
the kWh produced are further gifted: kWh products are paid by the operator and electric are also deducted from the bill by Enel
the operator is obliged to purchase the energy generated for 20 years for the price originally agreed upon (for systems above 20 kW).
completed the 20 years the energy produced can be used directly for private use, and then the bills that you receive will be at that point on the difference between what is produced during the year and what they are consumed. Note that a photovoltaic system arrives at last for 40-50 years
the energy account is valid throughout Italy, no region excluded, up to 1,200 MWp plant small to medium size.
the agreed amount of supply of kWh that will be given for 20 years is exempt from taxes for installations up to 20 kWp and who will carry out the installations by the end of 2008, those who will apply for its own solar system will be priced later slightly lower, it is strongly advised to wait over
